Payments or financial arrangements for routine services such as examinations, teeth cleaning, x-rays and emergency visits are expected at the time services are provided. Insurance claims can be filed by the office or you may file you own claim and be reimbursed directly.
We accept VISA, MasterCard Personal Checks and Money Orders. Some financing options are available that will allow you to get the help you need now, O.A.C.
Please do not hesitate to ask about the anticipated cost of your treatment. You have the right to know about and understand our charges. We want you to feel that you have been fairly traded. A written estimate will be provided for all complex treatments. We will gladly give you an estimate for routine treatments upon request. A down payment may be requested for more involved, complex or extended treatment regardless of insurance coverage or predetermination of payment by your insurance company. A 5% courtesy is extended to you when payment is recieved at the time of service.
Dr. Pittaway and his team understand that due to the high value of dentistry, there are some financial challenges to be expected. When treatment revolves around insurance and financial needs it can become compromised and more expensive. Help is available to afford much needed treatment. Please ask when you call us
